Sketch:

Unfortunately I have more traditional examples, but it's still an example - As a "sketch" I underestand unfinished piece - some concept which shows some thought but it's quite far from finished/polished piece. May be both - black&white, monochromatic
[one colour, different intensity] or
[simple] coloured.
Prices:
- A4 size is €10, additional character/details is +€2.
- A5 size is €5, additional character/details is +€1.
Lineart:

could be hand-drawn or as a vector
[check up "pen" tool in photoshop, works pretty much like this one - could be scaled in any size without losing line's sharpness]. Notice - Obvious fact is You could colour it and put it up on Your dA page, as long as You credit me as lineart maker.

One Character without background/with very simple background

Some RULES.
I know You don't like rules, neither do I, but they're necessary to avoid sticky situations.
As a condition of ordering a commission, you agree to the terms below.
- I accept payment via PayPal; Polish Customers: Przelew na konto bankowe [PKO BP], przy ustalaniu cen korzystam z przelicznika dosepnego na stronie Narodowego Banku Polskiego -> [kursy srednie] .
- I start to work after recieving full payment.
Remember - I have no point in ruining my reputation - I'm not going to runaway with Your money.
- I'm starting to work from first ordered commission - it means, You may have to wait before I start doing Your commission, because someone else ordered one first. Though, I'll inform You about such situation.
- I'm better at drawing certain themes. It doesn't mean I won't try others- I reserve my right to change price basing on theme's difficulty [20% of base price].
- I won't draw anything that violates dA's rules or law in general [e.g. porn (erotica is ok), racism, pointless/tasteless scenes of violence, all kind of hate-art and such.]
- Be sure You do wish to commission me - I'm offering my time and skills - I'm not going to refund money just because You've changed Your mind.
- Making changes in picture: You may ask for changes in sketching process - three small changes [adding details and such], or one major [which requires me to re-draw things completely. One at time. Counts as separate changes]. Further changes will cos extra - 20% of base price each. When You approve sketch and I start to colour piece - each change will cost 20% of base price [this rule doesn't apply to ordered sketches].
- Multiple character commission's base price counts for up to two characters included in picture. You'll have to pay for each additional character.
- Animal/mechanical/etc. characters counts as additional characters aswell.
- I'll try to finish piece AS FAST AS IT'S POSSIBLE.
But keep in mind - I'm human too, even ill one. I'll inform You about anything that may cause delay. Another thing is - more detailed pieces will require more work. I can't judge time needed to finish piece just like this - some take few hours, while others take weeks to finish. Obviously, You can always ask me to show You my progress, but please - I should focus on drawing, not sending emails/notes, right ?
- I'm keeping rights to my artworks. I'm also reserving rights to make prints of your commission and eventually sell it. You may use ordered piece for Your own liking as long as You won't make money out of it or claim my work as Your own.
- You may not remove my signature [ which is August'XX where XX is year I did this piece].
If You're going to use work I did for You as eg. forum banner and You need to cut off my signature - remember to link me in comment under Your sig or anything else.
- I'll post finished, watermarked, piece on my deviantART account and on my website with comment who commissioned me. I reserve my right to put finished piece in various clubs over dA to promote myself.
- If You want to use commissioned piece for commercial purposes - contact me first, so we can negotiate conditions and additional fee.
- After finished work I'll send You watermarkless, 300DPI large piece saved in loseless format [.PNG , .EPS or the format of Your choice] via email or through a web hosting service [Rapidshare, etc.]
How to commission me?
- Use contact form at Haunted Nest >> Contact or me note on deviantART [login required]. Use "commission" as a subject. Write as much details about what do You want as possible. If it's neccessary - add links to reference pictures. It will make our contact and my work much easier when You'll stick to this "rule". Really.
Be sure You told me EVERYTHING I need to know. Just to aviod situations, when I'm sending You finished picture of male mage and You're telling me You actually wanted female, green demon casting some spells - I refuse to make changes in such situations.
- Tell me if You prefer openCanvas based commission or one done in Painter. Personally I'm not using Photoshop for painting - but I may use it if You wish to.
